1 Nemo Ensemble
“Trio (for Ivy House)” by Ben Nobuto, for flute, cello and piano/electronics
“Glaswerk” by Bert De Rycke & Jasmijn Lootens, for cello, synths, and glasses
Nemø ensemble aims to connect existing repertoire with new pieces by young artists that are not afraid of crossing boundaries between different genres and artistic disciplines. For Nemø, art means bringing people together in a context outside the rush of everyday life. Each show is conceived as an “intensified context” for the audience to fully engage in the material moment of the now.
In Trio (for ivy house) by Ben Nobuto, the listener is drawn into a world of whispering patterns, playful melodies, and their electronic shadows. This music lives in the margins: between the acoustic and the digital, structure and intuition. Music that feels completely free to move and exist wherever it chooses.
Glaswerk by Bert De Rycke and Jasmijn Lootens unfolds as a fragile interplay of resonance and silence, where sound seems to refract like light through glass. Subtle gestures and shimmering textures create a space that feels both meticulously crafted and delicately unstable.
Jasmijn Lootens, cello, electronics
Francisco Rojas, flute

2 Frantx
FRANTX is a glit-noise band based in Paris, bringing together two young improvisers of French origin and two of Italian origin.
Animated by the noise-punk ghost of the ’90s and immersed in post-internet sonic drifts, FRANTX writes songs in Piedmontese and improvises electro-acoustic collages between a TikTok reel and musique concrète. FRANTX creates a dimension of hyper-speed where the four instrumentalists find themselves blurred together in a grumble reclaiming love and sweets, shouted through a vocoder.
FRANTX new repertoire is a post-teenage dream from overstimulated brains about escaping real life glitches. Like a sabbath of punk ghosts and hyper pop fairies, saturated voices trying to exorcise the horrors of the world through a rageful vocoder: sometimes naive, sometimes cruel, always raw.
Their new album IDUTYDU is out soon for Carton Records and Standard In-Fi.
Fanny Meteier, tuba & feedback
Andrea Silva, voice, effects, OP-1, melodica, feedback & flute
Pierre Pradier, acoustic guitar, electric guitar & effects
Marco Luparia, drums, percussion, objects & electronics
